New Services for CPABC
The delivery of online services for members of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia will soon be transitioning to a new unified service model.
Starting on July 6, 2015, many online member services that were previously delivered via the three legacy web sites for CMAs, CGAs, and CAs will be available via the CPABC web site.
Members who wish to register for professional development, record CPD, pay dues, update their contact information or register email preferences will be redirected to the new CPABC member system.
Logging in to member services will require a CPABC user name and password. As part of national harmonization, all CPA member user names will be set to their CPA Canada ID number. Once the site is ready, all members and PD Passport holders will receive a personalized email with their new user name and log-in instructions.
Planned Outage for CPABC Systems Conversion – July 2 to 6
In order to integrate the three legacy databases and systems into a single CPABC system, online services for members will be unavailable from 12 noon Pacific time on Thursday, July 2 until early on Monday, July 6. An announcement will be posted here when services have resumed.
During the scheduled outage, PD online registration and CPD reporting will be down, but staff will be available during business hours to answer phone calls and emails. No transactions will be processed during this period.
