Not too much! The appointment is for a calendar year, with some students continuing for more than one year to provide continuity.  The group meets approximately twice a year during the spring and late summer/early fall.  Students residing outside the Lower Mainland will come to Vancouver for the first meeting but will participate in the other by teleconference.
