If this is your first year in the CGA Program of Professional Studies, let me congratulate you on your career choice. This is a program and a designation like no other. By becoming a CGA student, you’ve chosen the right path to a successful future.

To our returning students, let me say, welcome back. I hope you are refreshed and ready for action. As you work through the program, please remember that our Student Services team is here to support you every step of the way.

A new academic year means updates to our policies and procedures, as we continue to make changes to assist our students achieve success on the program. To keep up with these changes, it is important to refer to this Handbook frequently, as it will help you understand the academic processes and requirements while keeping you on track. To aid in your success, it is important to read all the information included in this Handbook. For your convenience, this document is also available online in the student section of our Website.

Completing the CGA program takes hard work and discipline, but as our many graduates can attest, the rewards, both professional and personal, are many. On behalf of CGA-BC’s staff, I wish you a successful, satisfying academic year.
