April 27 Session 3 course withdrawal deadline (no refund)
May 1 Submit unofficial transcripts for session 3 prerequisites if official transcripts are not yet available
May 7    Session 2 exam marks release
May 14    Session 3 application for membership deadline
May 15 Session 2 supplemental exam registration deadline
May 15 Session 4 enrolment deadline
May 25 Session 3 challenge exam withdrawal deadline (partial refund)
May 25 Session 3 challenge exam session change deadline
May 29 Session 2 exam Regrades, reviews and Critiques deadline
May 31 New Graduates approval date
June 8-13 Session 3 exam week

 

Changes to AU1 In Person Lecture Schedule


The AU1 lecture taking place on April 22nd at UBC Robson Square has been cancelled.

The lectures taking place on the following dates will subsequently be extended by one hour and will run from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm:

  • Wednesday, April 29 and
  • Wednesday, May 6.

2014/2015 Session 3 Public Speaking


For students enrolled in Public Speaking in Session 3, the room locations are as follows:

Section Number  UBC Location  Time  Room 
20 & 21 Point Grey 10am - 4pm SWNG 105

Classes will run April 11, 12, 18 and 19. Students may want to bring their own lunch as food services are limited on weekends at UBC. Please note that you must attend all classes, and that the completion of this Public Speaking course will result in a mark of COM (completed) being recorded on your student transcript.
