CGA-BC has a well-earned reputation as a self-governing professional organization that is responsible for regulating its members and protecting the public interest.
We act on behalf of the public to ensure that complaints regarding our members and students are investigated both thoroughly and fairly in addition to preserving the rights of our members.
Our approach to the investigation and disciplinary process is based on the principles of natural justice. Members of the public should always confirm that their accounting professional is a Certified General Accountant.
