Please note that the Notice of AGM/Agenda Package (including the Chair's Message, Financial Reports, all Notices of Motion and the minutes of the 2011 AGM) and the Official Proxy form will not be mailed. Instead, they are available on our website.

Voting by Proxy
Any member who does not attend the Annual General Meeting may appoint another member as proxy by completing the Official Proxy form [PDF - 27 KB - 1 page].
Forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2012.
