B.C.'s Certified General Accountants Host Minister Pat Bell as Part of Small Business Month Kickoff

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia (CGA-BC) is hosting its annual MLA luncheon in Victoria on Monday, October 3. This event brings government, business and the CGA profession together as part of the launch of Small Business Month in B.C.
The event features the Honourable Pat Bell, Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation, who will discuss the current and future climate for small business and the outlook for the B.C. economy.
The Minister will also accept the Small Business Roundtable’s annual Report to Government. In attendance will be Roundtable Co-Chair Kevin Krueger, MLA, as well as several other MLAs and members of the Roundtable including CGA-BC First Vice-Chair Cindy Choi, FCGA.

As the province’s largest professional accounting association, CGA-BC represents nearly 15,000 CGAs and students. Members work in industry, commerce, government and in public practice.
