CGA-BC and Steve Nash Fitness World and Sports Club Team Up
CGA-BC is pleased to announce that Steve Nash Fitness World is the newest partner to join the Association’s Partners in Employment Program (PEP). Steve Nash Fitness World has become the largest and most comprehensive chain of fitness clubs in British Columbia, with 17 locations and growing fast.
Basketball fans know that Steve Nash has enjoyed a stellar career in the NBA, including twice being named the league’s Most Valuable Player. The Victoria-raised Nash’s basketball success is the result of hard work off the court, attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to constant self-improvement—all qualities that also apply to CGAs. CGA-BC is pleased that Steve Nash Fitness World has recognized the value of joining PEP. This brings the total number of PEP partners to 144.
The Partners in Employment Program (PEP) provides a select group of employers special access to B.C.'s nearly 15,000 highly-trained CGAs and CGA students. The Program recognizes leading organizations that provide an effective working and training environment for CGAs and CGA students. These companies affirm the value of CGA-trained accountants and finance professionals within their organization.
