CGA-BC Leaders Host Merger Update Forums for Members, Students
More on the Merger Talks
Canada’s accounting profession is undergoing extensive change this year, with several merger discussions underway across the country. CGA-BC is committed to keeping its members and students as up to date as possible. We recommend you stay abreast of events through the articles and links on our Working to Keep You Informed page. In addition, CGA-BC CEO Gordon Ruth, FCGA, and CGA-BC Chair Bruce Hurst, FCGA, will speak about the mergers and other Association news at several member and student forums throughout the fall..
So far, two forums have been held. They include a presentation about events that led to the current talks, and CGA-BC’s perspectives on several related issues. Each devotes substantial time for questions and answers.
