Partners in Employment Program (PEP)
Welcome to the home of the Partners in Employment Program (PEP), an initiative that allows a select group of employers special access to CGA-BC's 14,000 highly trained members and students.
The competition for talented finance and accounting personnel is fierce. PEP's key benefit to employers is the access it provides to students in our professional education program and designated CGAs. PEP allows employers like you to highlight their attractiveness to potential employees by referencing a highly respected third party: CGA-BC. This recognition signifies more than a badge of approval from B.C.'s largest and fastest growing accounting association. It represents an opportunity to gain a key competitive advantage as a recruiter and employer.

CGA-BC established the Partners in Employment Program to recognize leading companies in industry, government, and public practice that provide an effective working and training environment for CGAs and CGA students, and affirm the value of CGA-trained accountants and finance professionals within their organization.
PEP Employers are able to post jobs on CGA-BC's online job board at CGAjobs.org, sponsor employment forums on their own premises, and partner with the Association at job fairs and on-campus recruiting events.
