Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Scholarships
The Association offers rewards for academic excellence to students at all stages of their accounting studies.
From graduating Grade 12 students planning to take post-secondary accounting courses, to adults with secondary equivalency wishing to enter the CGA program, and continuing education students, CGA-BC scholarships reduce the financial burden of academic life.
Financial Assistance
A range of financial services is available to support CGA-BC students.
The CGA-BC Educational Foundation provides a bursary program to help students in need of financial assistance due to extraordinary social or economic circumstances.
In addition to the bursary program, the Foundation partners with CGA-BC and corporate sponsors to award annual scholarships and awards in recognition of academic excellence.
Students are encouraged to learn about awards offered by CGA-Canada and its corporate sponsors. These awards, ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, go to students recognized for outstanding academic achievements.
